TERMS OF USE OF THE ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. WEBSITE/E-SHOP
- GENERAL SALES TERMS
1.1 Through the use of ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. e-shop services, Users are implicitly accepting the terms included herein. In case of disagreement with the following terms, Users should avoid any type of transaction with the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. e-shop.
1.2 The shipping of a User’s order involves acceptance of this Contract and all its terms as expressed herein.
1.3 All product offers are valid until stocks last or until the end of the specified time period.
1.4 All prices found on our website include VAT as per law.
- ORDERS
2.1 Every User’s order completed at the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. e-shop is recorded and its acceptance forms a distance sales contract, as stipulated by EU Directive 2011/83 on Consumer Rights.
2.2 Users can be registered members of the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. website so as to have their personal data already filled in (name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, entry code or username and personal security code or password).
2.3 Every order is considered complete upon electronic submission of a fully completed “Order Form” on the website kofimicrorirastery.gr and becomes binding following its electronic receipt by ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε.
2.4 Electronic receipt of each order is confirmed via e-mail from the address «www.kofimicroroastery.gr»
- PRODUCT DELIVERY · SHIPPING CHARGES
3.1 Orders in Greece
Products are shipped via courier delivery throughout the Greek territory and specifically to the location Users have registered in their Order Form, within 2-4 working days depending on each destination.
There are no delivery charges for orders over 60€. For all other orders, delivery charges are 3.22€. If the parcel is mailed using the “pay on delivery” option, the total shipping charges amount to 5,08€.
Alternatively, Users can pick up their order at the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. store in Ioannina (Stratigou Katsimitrou Str. free of additional charges.
3.2 Overseas Orders (minimum 100€)
- USER/CUSTOMER RIGHTS
4.1 Product Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
– Within fourteen (14) days upon receiving the order, Users must contact ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. either by phone (+30.2651607219) or by e-mail (info@kofimicroroastery.gr), or in writing. Users must mention their order details, withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund or an exchange with ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. products of equal value or a ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. gift card of equal value.
– Products must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. in their original unsealed packaging.
– Returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of their original sales receipt.
Once all the aforementioned conditions are met, Users must only cover return costs, only for products in the process of delivery or in their possession.

No returns policy applies for products in the following cases: (a) supply of bespoke products tailored to the consumer’s specifications, and (b) the supply of sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, as stipulated by Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83 on Consumer Rights.
4.2 In case of defects or flaws that are not due to inappropriate use of the products, Users must contact ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. either by phone or fax on +30.2651607219 or by e-mail at info@kofimicroroastery.gr, or generally in any valid way within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt. Users must e-mail a picture of the product in its condition upon receipt. ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. is responsible for all return costs associated with damaged or faulty products.
In case of returns of damaged or faulty products, Users can choose between a refund, an exchange with ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. products of equal value and a ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. gift card of equal value.
- PAYMENT
All products, prices and delivery terms are mentioned in the “Order Confirmation” on the “kofimicroroastery.gr” website. Payment prior to or upon delivery of products can be made in one of the following ways:
– By cash on delivery to the registered destination for every order within Greece, for the value of the products ordered plus delivery costs;
– By debit or credit card, VISA or MASTERCARD, PAYPAL;
– By deposit or transfer to a ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. bank account.
ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. guarantees the absolute safety of all payments. All User’s bank details are confidential.
- DELIVERY
Delivery of orders is made via courier service to the registered address.
Once the products ordered are available, delivery occurs within 2 working days, except for inaccessible locations and the islands where delivery takes up to 4 working days.
All deliveries outside Greece require successful payment in advance.
Delivery times are only indicative and may differ depending on circumstances and product availability.
ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. is not responsible for any delay in the execution of orders due to liability of third parties or force majeure. Such a delay will extend the time required to execute your order.
- UPDATES AND AMENDMENTS OF WEBSITE CONTENT AND TERMS
ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. reserves the right to update or amend the content and terms of our website without prior notice. We recommend that Users regularly check the terms of our website so that they are aware of any amendments to the terms of their transactions with the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. e-shop.
- APPLICABLE LAW · COURT JURISDICTION
8.1 The terms of use of the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. website are governed by Greek law.
8.2 Any dispute related to the use of the ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts and in particular under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ioannina, as per the applicable Greek law.
