ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. guarantees the absolute safety of all payments. All users’ bank details are confidential.
Product Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
–Within fourteen (14) days upon receiving the order, users must contact ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. either by phone on +30.2651607219 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or in writing. Users must mention their order details, withdraw from the purchase contract and request a refund or an exchange with ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. products of equal value or a ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. gift card of equal value.
–Products must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. in their original unsealed packaging.
–Returned products must be accompanied by a photocopy of their original sales receipt.
–Once all the aforementioned conditions are met, users must only cover return costs, only for products in the process of delivery or in their possession.

No returns policy applies for products in the following cases: (a) the supply of bespoke products tailored to the consumer’s specifications, and (b) the supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, as per Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83 on Consumer Rights.
In case of defects or flaws not stemming from inappropriate use of products, users must contact ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε, either by phone or fax on +30.2651607219 or by e-mail at email@example.com, or generally in any valid way within twenty four (24) hours upon receipt. Users must e-mail a picture of the product in its condition upon receipt. ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. is responsible for all return costs associated with damaged or faulty products.
In case of returns of damaged or faulty products, Users can choose between a refund, an exchange with ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. products of equal value or a ΚΕ Artisan Coffee Roasters Ο.Ε. gift card of equal value.
